Sisense Version Release and Support Schedule

Tier: Scale

Offering: Cloud, On-Prem

The following charts and table show release dates and when support ends for each version of Sisense. The end of support for each version of Sisense is twelve months after that version's release date.

Note:

Sisense is committed to supporting each quarterly version for 12 months after its release. During this period, Sisense will either offer a reasonable workaround or a specific action plan to address reported issues. On-demand software patches for released versions are only provided for critical defects or important security updates (such as the Apache Log4j2 vulnerability) on top of the latest Service Pack of the version.

For all other issues, fixes will be included in the active service update or the next quarterly release, and you will need to upgrade your software to apply these updates.

As of 2026, the Sisense version names and release frequency is as follows:

  1. Major releases > released quarterly

  2. Service packs > released monthly

  3. Patches > released as needed on a case by case basis - e.g., fix to the released version, adjustment required by external changes, etc.

The format is now: YEAR.QUARTER.SERVICE_PACK-PATCH

Note:

The letter “L” will no longer precede the version number.
