Sisense customers have the distinct advantage of the robust security controls and commitment to security
certifications provided by Sisense.

Furthermore, the Sisense-Managed Cloud is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the industry's leader in cloud
computing. Sisense is deployed on secure AWS servers, specifically dedicated to you. Adhering to the principle of
"least privilege", only the minimum necessary requirements are granted, ensuring a more secure and smooth deployment.

## Compliance, Standards, and Certifications

The Sisense-Managed Cloud complies with the following security standards and has achieved the following
certifications. We partner with independent third-party vendors who perform assessments and ongoing audits to
validate our practices in accordance with the frameworks.

- ISO 27001 Certified
- SOC2 Type 2 Compliant
- Sisense performs annual Penetration Tests to check for various types of application and network vulnerabilities.
- Sisense partners with security researchers to uncover vulnerabilities through continuous manual testing via our
  bug bounty program.
- Sisense performs continual Attack Surface Monitoring. This involves scanning and analysis of the Sisense cloud
  infrastructure for inventory, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations.

## Cloud Managed Service SLA (Service Level Agreement)

The Sisense Cloud Managed Service is a robust and reliable solution, committed to a 99.9% uptime SLA. It is hosted on
AWS, one of the most reliable computing platforms with the highest SLA standard as set out in the [AWS SLA](https://aws.amazon.com/compute/sla). Based on the AWS SLA, Sisense defines the BI
Service SLA, as set out in the [Sisense Cloud Service Levels](https://pages.sisense.com/rs/601-OXE-081/images/Sisense-Cloud-SLA.pdf).
