Sisense Add-ons Overview

Sisense Add-ons let you extend and customize your Sisense dashboards with new features, visualizations, and integrations. Add-ons are developed using standard web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, Python). Some add-ons come installed together with Sisense, and some can be installed from the Sisense Marketplace, downloaded from the Sisense Community, or built in-house.

Add-on Sources

Source Type	Description
Certified by Sisense	Officially developed, tested, and supported by Sisense. Installed together with Sisense or available in the Marketplace.
Partner Add-ons	Published and supported by trusted Sisense partners. Available in the Marketplace.
Community / Customer-developed	Custom add-ons developed by a 3rd party outside of the Sisense organization (i.e., anything developed outside of the Sisense Marketplace) - shared in the Sisense Community, or developed by customers themselves to satisfy their unique requirements. Not actively supported, maintained, or tested by Sisense prior to version releases (as certified add-ons are) - with the potential to result in broken functionality. These tasks are left to the developers of the customizations themselves, with no commitment to do so being required in order to publish them in our community. Use at your own risk. If you choose to use these add-ons and issues arise as a result, Support / maintenance is out of scope for a Support / FES task - and a 3rd party engagement (most likely a paid engagement with a Sisense Partner) will be required. Sisense will not be responsible for any fixes or investigations related to the use of Community add-ons.
