- For ElastiCube models, Analytical Engine is activated by default.
- For Live models, if Analytical Engine is not activated, you can manually activate it as follows:

  1. As a user with the System Admin role, navigate to **Admin > Server & Hardware > System Management >
     Configuration**.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click **Manage Connectors**.
  3. From the left pane, select the connector you need.
  4. In the right pane, scroll down to **enableAnalyticalEngine.value** and toggle it on.

**Note:**

The SingleStore (MemSQL) connector is currently partially supported by the AE, but the AE is not enabled for it by default.
