Troubleshooting Acceleration

Issue	Solution
Acceleration Creation Error
Original Data Source destination error.	Check that the original data source is a live or B2D data source.
Creation of Acceleration Model failed.	Make sure that there is no model in the Data tab of type Acceleration for the same dashboard. Make sure that the connection and storage YAMLs are configured correctly. See .
Acceleration Query Error
Query was not Accelerated.	Make sure that the widget is not of type pivot, and that the Analyze SQL is not showing an Acceleration SQL.
Query failed to return an answer.	Try disabling the Use Acceleration toggle and check whether the error persists. If it does, there might be an issue in the translation process.
Acceleration Delete Error
Acceleration deletion failed through the Create/Delete Acceleration toggle.	Delete Acceleration manually via the Data tab.
